In order to strengthen the construction of the teaching team, further enhance the professional abilities and qualities of teachers, and promote the exchange of experience and mutual learning among class teachers, the Teaching Comprehensive Management Department of Zhiyun Age Education Group organized the first online sharing meeting of class teacher work experience for the 2023-2024 academic year on November 2. Lu Zhiwang, Executive Vice President and Director of Teaching Comprehensive Management Department of Zhiyun Age Education Group, Yu Hairu, Vice President and Director of Human Resources Department of Zhiyun Age Education Group, Lu Haixing, Deputy Director of Vocational Education Project Teaching of Teaching Comprehensive Management Department, and all class teachers of international study abroad and vocational education projects gathered in the cloud to attend this meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Lu Haixing, Deputy Director of Vocational Education Project Teaching at the Department of Comprehensive Management of Teaching. Four class teacher representatives from international study abroad and vocational education projects sincerely and unreservedly shared their years of teaching management experience rooted in the front line with everyone.

Create a good class style and learning style

The class is a large group and a large family, in the same boat, sharing honor and disgrace. As the "masters" of this class, teachers know that the environment can shape and change people. Therefore, creating a good class style and learning style is the top priority of the head teacher's work.

In terms of class style construction, a good class style is the upward spirit of the class, which can condense collective wisdom and collective strength. As a head teacher, the first is to formulate a class management system. If there are no rules, you can't make a circle. Only when you have awe can you know how to do it. Teachers said that a class management system will be formulated for classroom attendance, dormitory management, class discipline, campus order, safety issues, etc., so as to standardize behavior and help students develop good habits. At the same time, student cadres will also be selected and a class committee will be set up to supervise the implementation of the class management system. The second is to cultivate students' collectivist spirit and sense of ownership by carrying out thematic class meetings, collective activities, etc., so that they can take the class as their home and unite and love.

In terms of the construction of learning style, through ideal education, goal setting, setting an example, healthy competition and other means, students are stimulated to learn, create an atmosphere of hard study and a culture of courage, and cultivate students' self-control and subjective initiative. Teachers said that we should carry out more encouraging education and diversified evaluation, move with emotion, know reason, follow the good inducement, and do not judge the high or low by the score, so that the students can gain affirmation and confidence.

Build a good teacher-student relationship

Love is the foundation for building a good teacher-student relationship. Teachers said that first of all, we should treat students as their own children, be lenient and strict, praise in time, delay criticism, respect their personality, talk to them equally, and exchange sincerity for sincerity. Secondly, we should pay attention to students' ideological dynamics, care about their physical and mental health, take the initiative to communicate with students, and try to enter their spiritual world. Play multiple roles as a good head teacher

The job of head teacher is of great responsibility and significance. In the face of class affairs, we must play multiple roles and escort the healthy growth of each student. Teachers said that the first is to play the role of "parents". Students rely on their parents at home and teachers at school. The head teacher should care about their growth like their parents and give them warmth. Second, they should play the role of "safety officer". Safety is the top priority. Every semester, the head teacher will turn into a safety officer. Students explain dormitory electricity safety, traffic safety, campus safety, network security, etc. to improve students' safety awareness and self-protection ability.
