During this period, I also worked in several positions, engaged in the maintenance of WeChat official accounts, the inventory of fixed assets, the procurement of office supplies and textbooks, personnel recruitment, invigilation and marking of admission tests, etc., understood all kinds of difficulties in various positions, more considerate and understand teachers in other positions, and more comprehensively trained individuals ability.

Since I was a student, I like to think about my own exclusive learning methods and constantly explore and improve them. This habit lasted until after work and lasted for several years. International education work brings me an infinite sense of achievement and value. Looking at the overseas study and life shared by students in my circle of friends all over the world, I think that they were all "sent out" by me. The sense of achievement is wonderful.

Always on weekends or on weekday nights, when parents or students suddenly contact me, I will habitually turn on the computer, enter the English official website, or inquire about college information, or use my Master card to help students pay all kinds of foreign expenses. I am often teased by my family. I am dealing with some "international" all the time. Affairs and International Financial Affairs. Thinking of my recommendation of every school selection plan, the guidance of every study abroad interview, and the submission of every online application are all related to the future of students. In an instant, I felt that I was very responsible, so I was more rigorous and meticulous in my work.

In order to reflect my professionalism and majesty as a teacher, I should not only maintain a sense of alienation with the students in the class, but also often communicate with them in private and maintain a certain affinity. Getting along with students is also an art, which requires my continuous exploration. I always feel that the threshold for employment in our industry is still relatively high. First of all, not to mention professionalism, we should at least be upright, friendly, kind and warm, able to maintain inner peace and tranquility, and have a willing dedication. We should strictly reject those students who want to be optunistic and take shortcuts, give up their thoughts, always pay attention to the trends and emotions of students, capture their characteristics, and recommend the most suitable study abroad plan for them. From the perspective of students, put yourself in the shoes of students, do your best to strive for better application results for them, and effectively comfort and relieve their negative emotions when students have anxiety and boredom, and feel confused about the future.

After work, I will also learn as much business knowledge as possible, such as visa immigration policies in various countries, application data of foreign colleges and universities, employment trends of new majors, etc., so as to broaden my knowledge, so that there will be more topics and make students feel full of knowledge during overseas study interviews and lectures. .

Because I need to deal with English every day, browse a large number of English web pages, write application documents, send and receive emails, and even interpret the official website information to students in person, all of which test my English proficiency. Therefore, I will recite 20 words before going to bed every night, and find the latest IELTS test trends and test preparation materials on various social media. On the one hand, I can also study by myself. At the same time, I can take out my mobile phone at any time and share it with students to experience the joy of learning with students, and also supervise students to take the IELTS test. At that time, show yourself and say your most intuitive feelings. Because I firmly believe that educating others cultivates oneself first, and educating oneself first cultivates the heart.

It is we who let students stand on the shoulders of their parents to see the world, we are doing our best to help them realize their dreams, and we are bearing all the hope of a young man and even a family. Every time I think about this, I can't relax and slow down at work.
