As a vocational educator, I deeply feel that the vocational education industry is in a period of rapid growth. The development of the real economy requires a large number of professional and technical talents, as well as a large number of great country craftsmen. Looking at developed countries around the world, the reason why their economies are strong is because their manufacturing industries are strong, such as Germany and Japan. After 40 years of reform and opening up, our country has transformed from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing powerhouse. Talent is the key to this transformation, and vocational education has taken on this mission, cultivating specialized and diversified talents, inheriting skills, and promoting employment and entrepreneurship.
The transformation of education is a technological change, and today's education system was established in the industrial era to cultivate talents for the financial, service, and manufacturing industries of the industrial era. With the development of the Internet and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, many segmented industries have emerged, resulting in many new positions that require corresponding talents.
