In order to enhance team cohesion and execution, Zhiyun Age Education International Study Abroad Department organized a one-day team building and expansion activity on April 29th.

At 7:45 a.m., accompanied by bright sunshine and warm spring breeze, all employees were full of energy and radiant, and went to today's expansion training base with full expectations.

Under the guidance of the base coach, all personnel lined up to report their numbers and were divided into three groups: the "unstoppable" team, the "encountering" team, and the "No.1" team. Each team member worked together to determine their own team name, captain, emblem, and slogan. All three teams were passionate and full of fighting spirit.

Battle against the Worm Monster

The seemingly simple game name greatly tests everyone's teamwork spirit. Participants must follow the same pace to move forward smoothly. During the competition, each team member played their unique advantages, and even if they accidentally fell midway, they still didn't want to fall behind.

Blindfolded fightin

Playing games with blindfolded eyes not only exercises the physical coordination ability of team members, but also promotes communication and exchange among team members, enhancing friendship between each other. Each team adopts different tactics, selects soldiers and sends generals, carefully arranges, and only strives to win the ultimate victory.

Drumming and bouncing the ball

In the drumming and bouncing stage, the three groups of players are not giving way to each other, chasing each other and not being affected by strong winds. Especially for the "unstoppable" team, although their initial form was not good, their movements became more and more proficient in the later stages, and their pace became more and more consistent. Each team member enjoyed the joy and emotion in the game segment.

Minefield water intake

"All tasks are not absolutely feasible, nor are they absolutely impossible." Each group, through team assistance, leverages their unique strengths, delves into the "minefield", with one person fetching water and multiple people assisting, and through mutual cooperation, each group has achieved the final victory.

Although seemingly simple games, they contain profound truths. While experiencing the joy of the game, everyone explores their own potential and wisdom, finds ways to cross the river on the finger pressure board, and unleashes their creativity to easily solve all difficulties.

Challenge the Jixing Tower

Strengthening the foundation and ensuring proper protection are the key to empowering creativity and creating a auspicious tower. In the final stage of the expansion training, all Zhiyun family members, regardless of us, built the Jixing Tower together. Through mutual help and assistance, they instantly brought each other closer and made them realize the importance of unity and cooperation.

Summary

The one-day expansion training has benefited everyone greatly, filled with warmth and emotion everywhere. Under the protection of each other, the Zhiyun family cooperated and overcame each difficult problem together. They proved themselves with practical actions and also won their own victories.

A family, a dream, a heart, working together, we will definitely win. I believe that with the joint efforts of all family members, Zhiyun Age Education will also become bigger and stronger!
